After leading the company since its inception in July 2020, our Managing Director, Kevin O’Leary, has decided the time is right to step down and enjoy a well-earned retirement. We thank him for his leadership and wish him all the best for the future.

This is an exciting time for GEL. Over the past five years, we have made remarkable progress across all our environmental service areas which, since 2024, now includes Parking Enforcement. Staff engagement is high, customer complaints are negligible, and our client is pleased with our performance. Our next steps will hopefully see us taking on more Ealing services but also extending our reach with more commercial ventures. We are seeking someone who brings a strong blend of public sector insight and commercial nous.

You will be joining a superb high-performing organisation, supported by a strong senior management team and a workforce dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We are proud to be a trusted local partner to Ealing Council, its residents, and service users.
